We are currently looking at a mobile webhelp solution for a new product. The web-based product will work with most smart phones and we are trying to figure out what the flare help will work with and what it won't. Does anyone have a good idea as to which smart phones OS's we might run into trouble with, and what we can do to mitigate a bad experience?

Don't Android-based and iOS-based phones use Webkit-based browers? Besides the screen size (which isn't standardized on Andoid phones) I would imagine if it works in a webkit-browser on your PC and isn't Flash based, you should be ok.
