Missing topic icons

All of my .htm topic icons have been replaced by the Windows generic icon. This is true for all projects, old and new, and for all Flare versions - 4.2, 5 and 6.1. (I just installed the latter for the first time, and a new project also has this problem.) It looks like it could be a Windows XP problem, but I'm not seeing it in any other software.

So far, there have been no negative repercussions. Building projects works fine, for example.

It appears to be just a visual glitch, but I am worried that this may portend a future failure.

Has anyone else seen this?

I have seen this several times and in my cases it always was a Windows glitch. Restart the system and see if this fixes the issue.

Took a chance and ran the tool and it worked.
