I've been doing a lot of Find and Replace (Flare does not seem to be finding all instances of my search terms) and just noticed a bunch of windows/toolbars appearing in that area of my Flare window (scroll down):
Now when I try to run Find and Replace (from the main menu), I get an error:
I shut down the project, the windows are still there. I shut down Flare; still there. I rebooted my computer; still there.

Anyone seen this before? What can I try?

Go to Windows > Reset Window Layout. I think that's the path. That will return the window layout to its initial state.
