I have the same problem and have been searching for an answer too.
Can you please tell me where I change the dpi settings? I have Windows 7 64bit.

It's the Windows DPI settings, not something that's set in Flare. I think in Windows 7 it's in one of the Personalize sub-screens.Sunseeker1 wrote:Can you please tell me where I change the dpi settings? I have Windows 7 64bit.

Right click on your desktop and choose Screen Resolution.
Click Display from the address bar.
Choose Smaller - 100%.
You will have to log out and back in for the settings to take affect.
This will fix the font sizing in PDF.

I had the same problem with Windows XP.
Go to the Control Panel and Select Display
Next, click the Settings tab
Click the Advance Tab on the bottom right portion of the Window (The advanced settings dialog for your monitor will be displayed)
In the DPI drop down menu select 96dpi or if your using the custom adjustment select 100%
Select the radio button to apply the settings
You will need to reboot
This should work. Note that the PDF properties will still show ArialMT but the font should be correct and the spacing should be fine.
Arial is sometimes marketed or displayed in software as Arial MT
This in itself should not affect anything.
This explains why one computer or user has no problem, when another with the magnification setting changed experiences the problem.
