Starting projects from a "mother" project

Dear forum colleagues,

I would like to know if next idea is possible and maybe you can point me in the right direction.
I'm busy to create a big Help for our machines (incl. software). At the end the Help will be written in several languages.

I'm thinking to create a small start project to select the wanted language (eg. HELP-00.flprj).
By means of flags the user can select one. Clicking the Dutch flag will start the main language project (eg. HELP-31.flprj).

Within this main project a machine depending project (eg. FCS-31.flprj) and software project (eg. IMS-31.flprj) must be imported to get a complete Help.
