GOTONEXTSECTION doesn't work in output

Each of the movies in my project end with a button set with the "GotoNextSection" action.

After I build my movie collection (in Adobe Flash output) these buttons work correctly when I view the generated movie collection.

However, when I publish the movie collection these buttons don't do anything.

Has anyone else seen this or know what to do?
