Print entire manual from WebHelp

I have been searching for this answer but finally decided it was easier to ask. I have created our WebHelp system in Flare but we need to provide an option for users to print a manual from WebHelp as well. What I would like is to have a button on the skin, or something, so they can easily print the entire manual, not just the topic they're viewing. What is the best way to do this?

Make a PDF target that includes all your topics and then link to the PDF in your TOC.
