Has anyone else put the new insert equation feature to work yet? I'm seeing display problems on both Windows 7 64 bit and Vista 32 bit, and find it hard to believe I have two suspect video cards.
It also seems to take an age to come up as well as save, even on a Windows 7 Professional system with 4 Gb RAM and a Windows Experience Index of 5.8. Or perhaps I've just been spoiled with MathType so much.

I have not seen these issues... and the equation editor in Flare is from the MathType guys at Design Science

I know the Design Science guys very well. Looks like I'll have to do some screen shots for Madcap and see if they've any ideas what the problem(s) might be. It's not a very good implementation when you compare it to MathType and are so used to that application. It also fails to carry Alt Tags over when building Word, but that's an overall Flare issue.
