Blank first page of the Output

Hi
I have a compiled HTML file which is accessible from a program.
Whenever I click on the Help Menu the help file shows up with blank page and highlighted heading.After I click on the heading the first page is displayed. How do I make the introduction page/first page to show up as soon as I click on the help menu?

You can set the opening page in the target properties; set the Startup topic on the General tab.
If you leave this as (default), it'll display the first topic in the TOC.

If this still doesn't work, check how the help is being opened from the application; i.e. the link from the application may be set to open a specific topic in the help.
