Here is an example of the extra characters that are appearing: Ä»ż<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">. The UTF-8 representation of the BOM is the byte sequence 0xEF,0xBB,0xBF, which appears as the ISO-8859-1 characters in most text editors and web browsers not prepared to handle UTF-8.
I found this information about UTF-8 on wikipedia, but I still don't know how to fix the issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Will there be an update to Flare 7 to support FireFox 4?
Thank you!
Alicia
