project limitations? in terms of size? structure?

Hi,

Is there a maximum size for a project? Would it be possible to import my entire database of information into one project to allow the search function to work across all documents?
In terms of heirarchy of the structure, is there a maximum number of subcategories?

Is there a way to insert drawings when editing an uploaded document? (in the same way that word lets you draw?)

There are limitations, but those are not set by Flare design, but by hardware, OS, and third party components. While editing you will likely not have more than a few topics open at a time. Crunch time is when building the project. How many topics are you thinking of?
If the only concern is searching, then look into external indexers. I made good experiences using swish-e and PHP scripts to collect and display the results. There are other options.

No limit from flame software. I've seen projects 10000 topics and it took an hour to compile
