Distribute Word output for review

I am trying to distribute output in Word format so I can have my coworkers review and make comments to the doc. However, when I give the .doc file and resources subfolders they cannot see the images. I am placing on a network folder and that is where they are opening it from.

Am I including everything necessary? Maybe I have some target setting incorrect?
