I would like to customize a class within the TooBarItem Style. Specifically, the Onclick property.
I would like to use one customized Skin for all of my WebHelp pages. However, I need a button, when clicked, to open a file which will dependent on the webhelp be viewed. So, an example is:
I have a GlobalSkin created - which will be used for all WebHelp content.
WebHelpA, uses GlobalSkin and the OnClick property is set to window.open("C:\\WebHelpA.pdf")
Then, I need
WebHelpB, which also uses GlobalSkin and the OnClick property should be set to window.open("C:\\WebHelpB.pdf")
Is there any way to set a path variable, or some other type of workaround for this issue?
Thanks!
Customizing Skins for WebHelp
Re: Customizing Skins for WebHelp
You'd need to create two skins, then make a CSH call that includes the skin name for the appropriate situation. And in the target you'd have to tell it to include all skins when it builds.
Alternatively, you could use two targets whose outputs are published to two different folders. The skin used with one target loads one onclick and the second target loads the other skin with the different onclick. Your application or whatever then loads the help from the appropriate output folder.
