Command line with path ?

Post by uwem »

Is it possible to add the project path with name, e.g.
"C:\Programme\MadCap Software\MadCap Flare V7\Flare.app\" "D:\60_HILFE\de\automaton\automaton.flprj"
to the command line to start with the defined project?
We tried but did not suceed. Is it not foreseen or is there a defined rule how to add it?

I've not tried creating a shortcut, but you can set Flare to open a specific project when it starts up; use File > StartUp File.

I've created a Windows shortcut of the project file - *.flprj - that will probably give you the desired result.
