The Webinar today on Conditions was FABULOUS! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful a webinar like this is, where we can see a Flare feature in action. It's one thing to sit through a MadCap training and go through steps in a sample project. It's quite another to see a fellow writer successfully using the product, and to the same degree and complexity that we need to with all of our products and many user manuals.

I have had varying responses in the forum on the best reasons to use conditions; this webinar helped my team to see that there really is no "right" or "wrong" way to use a condition, and that there are many reasons why we can use them. We are much more comfortable and excited now about how this feature can help us.
