Javascript Error in IE

Post by MinnesotaCory »

We're getting this error in IE when trying to VPN into our intranet:

"Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; BRI/1; MDDR; .NET4.0C)
Timestamp: Fri, 24 Jun 2011 22:48:11 UTC

Message: 'null' is null or not an object
Line: 1109
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: https://vpn.ourcompany.com/go/http://cl ... dCapAll.js "

Everything works great in FireFox and Chrome.
Any Ideas?

When you VPN in, are you trying to access the WebHelp output on the remote desktop or from a server? If you're trying to run the WebHelp from your remote desktop, then perhaps that error is in relation to the MOTW option for IE, meaning you need it enabled but it's not.
