Missing information When Importing Frame to Flare

I noticed some of my H2 topics are missing after importing my framemaker files to flare. They do contain images. I'm not sure if that is part of the problem. Anyone find that some information is not converted?

After converting 60+ guides from FrameMaker to Flare, we found 4 guides had entire chapters missing from the import. The chapters were always at the end of the guides, ususally in the appendix chapters. We were never able to determine why this happened, and converted the missing chapters later.
