Hello all,
I produced a webhelp output, and both the preview and final output are static and not scrolling. It is possible something in my stylesheet is messing with this, but I have yet to find the cause. Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Andrea

Re: Webhelp output not scrolling
Did you change any of the settings for body width/height?

Re: Webhelp output not scrolling
I have it set on "Use Browser Default Size." Your suggestion got me thinking though. I changed it so it was 800 x 600 and did a new build. The new build came out at the right size, but with no school bars (horizontal or vertical)
Seems there must be some other setting somewhere?
Thanks,
Andrea

Re: Webhelp output not scrolling
The setting that controls the scrollbars is overflow. I prefer to set it to auto - then the scrollbars are there if they're necessary and they're not there if the topic isn't long enough to need scrollbars.
On the other hand:
But the scrollbars could be there, just not in sight. Have you set the width or height or position of any element in the stylesheet, preferably of body or html or some div?

Re: Webhelp output not scrolling
For anyone who would like to know how I resolved this issue:
I found out it was in the stylesheet.
Body
Overflow:Hidden
Once I found this, the problem was solved. Thanks for the help everyone!
