How to create Table Stylesheet using existing table

Post by luvthepug »

I have a table from another Flare project that is the style I'd like to use in my current project. Is there a way to create a Table Stylesheet using an existing table? I'm using Flare V7.

Just use Windows Explorer to copy the table stylesheet file into the appropriate Resources sub-folder in the new project.

Sorry, should have stated that I don't have a Table Stylesheet. I have a table whose style I like that is in another topic. What I want to know is if there is a way to create a Table Stylesheet using an existing table so that I don't have to manually create a Table Stylesheet. For example, can I select the table and auto-magically translate that table into a Table Stylesheet?

Nope, sorry. Although if it's pulling the styles from the topic stylesheet and not a table stylesheet, then you could copy-and-paste the styles from the topic stylesheet in the old project to the new topic stylesheet in the new project. If they're using inline styles in the table then you'd have to manually create the styles. Or if you have the full Analyzer then I think it'll recommend making styles from the inline styles, in which case it might take care of creating those styles for you.
