Hi. Flare V7. I am the IT person who installed the product on a Windows 7 machine for my user. Registration seemed to go fine, the Manager's email address was used to register the prodcut. This PC is shared amongst the group, each with their own login id. Obviously, only 1 person can sit at the PC at a time to use Flare. My question is, will each different user be prompted to register the product(which the Manager has already done)? It appears that this is the case. Is there anything wrong in using the software this way? Just wondering why each userid would get a prompt when they start Flare?

The best thing is to contact MadCap directly (support or your sales contact). This is a peer-to-peer forum and my assumption is that other end users are in no position to provide reliable advice in this special case.

Its designed for one user, and if you are you are using roaming profiles, it could be asking you to register for all users, when you installed did you install for all users?
