Missing linked source file error when Generating WebHelp

Hi,

I am getting this error:
Description Target Subsystem File
Missing linked source file: [path to topic in the project I linked to] WebHelp DM Compiler [path to topic in the project with link in it]

What does this error mean? I thought it was for broken links.

I'm getting this too even though I have gone into the Related Topics and re-added the bookmark to the file, which is definitely there. It's also happening in other areas.
