Disappearing Table Borders

Hi all,
I'm experiencing some table behaviour in my Web Help that seems odd. I wanted to check with you all to see if this is expected or strange?

I've got a table with outer top and bottom borders. It also has borders inside to separate each column and each row.

When I open the Web Help, I see some of the borders missing, like this:

If I drag the window to resize it, the borders appear, like this:

Is this just how tables work in web output, or is there something wrong here?

I have run into this same issue as well. We use tables all the time in our online documentation and this just started happening. We haven't changed table styles and the border appears in the Flare editor. Any help is appreciated!
