Searching multiple files for text during review

I am getting a persistant (and very irritating) problem when reviewing files using the Flare review tool. The story goes on something like this:

1. I recieve a package for review from a collegue.
2. I open the package using flare and open several topics for edit.
3. I identify a term that I need to find in all my open topics and I perform a search on the open topics to locate the term.
4. I get the error message below:
" Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediatly. Object reference not set to an instance of an object". "More details" information is attached at the bottom of this post.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue before, and if yes is this something that can easily be solved?

What happens if you just continue? i used to get that error, but it didn't usually stop me from working.
