Webhelp: PDFs causing topics to load in TOC pane

Hi all,
Bit of a wierd one going on here. I cant seem to replicate it everytime but its happening quite often now and I cant see why.
I have a few small PDFs that load in the main topic pane. They have the PDF toolbars etc and look quite good, rather than being in a new window etc. The issue is that once I load a PDF, and look through it a bit, and then click on a new topic from the TOC pane it loads in the TOC pane instead, rather than the main topic pane where the PDF is. Only way to get rid of this is to refresh.

Any ideas? If I cant fix it then I need to launch the pdf in a new window instead.

It is possible to set TOC entries (to PDFs) with target="_blank", which would open it in a new window. maybe this would help.

Turns out this is a bug in Flare. Solution at this point is to uncheck the Marge TOC Chunks optiopn in the Target settings.
