Header Displayed in Preview but NOT in PDF Output

I added a Header and Footer in my PageLayout and am able to see it in the LAYOUT (PRINT) preview. However, once I build the project in a PDF Target, the header is not present (the Footer is present). The PDF Target MASTER PAGE LAYOUT and TOCs MASTER are set correctly. Would you know what other settings need to be added?

Is your header too long/big to fit in the space you provided?

The content is not too large. It just says "Support".

Laura wasn't asking about length so much as height. If the header frame is only 12pt tall and your font is 14pt then it won't appear. Your frame height might not be in points, of course -- that was just the easiest way to explain what we mean.
