I am trying to setup WebHelpPlus on Windows server 2008.
I'm sure that I have followed all the setup instruction in WebHelpPlus Guide but am getting the following error when loading my project.
Webpage error details
Message: 'documentElement' is null or not an object
Line: 617
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: http://manvemcap1/CATT_2011/Content/Ski ... dCapAll.js
Message: 'null' is null or not an object
Line: 5995
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: http://manvemcap1/CATT_2011/Content/Ski ... dCapAll.js
Has anyone experienced these error messages?
Maybe I have missed a step in the setup!

Re: WebHelp Plus
I *just* went through this myself (in fact, there's a post from me where I was asking for help.)
Do you get the error on the production site or your local view? I was only getting it on the Production site, and what I found that solved the problem was to share my site folder and give users read/write control. Once I did that, the WebHelpPlus generated the files that are supposed to appear in the AutoMergeCache folder, and the TOC loaded and the Search worked.
I am, however, a complete newbie when it comes to configuring a server...

Re: WebHelp Plus
Did you convert the Services Folder to an application on the IIS server?
