How to create page border

I am looking to create a title page with a page border indented 1/2 inch from page edge. This is for PDF output. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Look in Flare's help about page layouts. There are several ways you can do what you want, depending on if you're going to enter the title text directly into the page layout or let it pull the content from a title topic. There's even a way to do it where you could use your standard page layout with a normal page type instead of a specific page layout that has a title page type, although that method probably isn't as common (most people probably add a title page type to their page layout).

add a decoration frame 1" smaller than the page on all sides, and insert a border with by right-clicking, selecting Properties, opening the Boarders tab, and setting the specific widths of lines.
