Convert text to table

Dear Madcaps,

I am sure I'm once aagin missingh something obvious... I want to convert some text to a table, I can see table to text but not the reverse.

aha, I will.
I haven't because for some odd reason help serach kept not working today, it just balnked the pane, so I gave up with it.
