I am in the process of moving our knowlegebase from an existing tool which is no longer being supported, and has also caused several problems for us (for example, it lost all the screen shots from several articles.) Because we have had some issues with the articles in this other tool, I need to have all the articles reviewed by the correct SMEs. I'm trying to figure out a way to keep track of which articles are reviewed and which are not. I have considered adding a "Reviewed" column to a table I have at the bottom of the article which lists the article's author and last date it was updated. I would put a date in here after I receive feedback from the author. The problem is, I would need to actually look at every article to determine if it is reviewed (I couldn't do a search on the date, because it would change, and you can't search for Reviewed=null since it's not a database field).
What I would like to do is have a status for each article (draft and reviewed, for example) and be able to view only the articles that are in draft mode.
Can anyone think of a way I can incorporate this into Flare, or into my Web Help Plus output?
Thanks!

Re: Need help tracking article status
I use conditions (without associating them to any target) to use the colors to sort my projects by status. You can also use the File Tagging option - http://webhelp.madcapsoftware.com/flare ... agging.htm
