Is there a native way to tag a topic's development status?
I would like to be able to flag the topics in my project as (Complete | In process | Placeholder | Needs revision), and be able to generate a report (or possibly filter the displayed list in Contents Editor) so I can see where I am at with a project. I've looked, but have not seen an obvious link to the functionality if it exists. (If it doesn't exist, consider this as a REF)

Hi Grant. Welcome!
Assuming you are using a recent version of Flare, yes you can do so, using a feature called "file tags." You can use Flare's default file tag set or create custom file tags to meet your needs. Then you can open the File List window and sort your topics by file tag. (You may need to edit the columns of the File List window so that you can move the File Tags column up in the order of displayed columns.)
I hope this gives you enough to go on. File tags and the File List window are documented in Flare's Help system.
