Link TOC entry to PDF

I need to include two PDFs in my printed output. I would like to include them as TOC entries. How do I accomplish this?

If you were making online output, you would save the PDFs in the Content folder, then drag them onto the TOC (similar to adding an html topic file to the TOC).
For print output, you have to manually add the PDFs after processing (using Adobe Acrobat - not Reader). You can add them to the TOC like for online, but Flare will not add them to the finished PDF.
