Location for Flare Templates

Dear Madcaps,

Do you have any advice about the location for a Flare Templates folder. And is there any reason why it can't be "within" the project , for example in the Resources folder?

Also the Template Manager takes ages - minutes - to show anything when attempting to create a folder, I mean when it should come back with an explorer view to select a folder. Any ideas why this would be and how can I improve matters?

My Templates folder is next to my project folders, at the same level in my C: drive. I've never had a problem with response time. Are you saving your projects/templates folder on a network?

No. We did attempt to have on a network server but performance was abominable. So all now on my local C: drive
