Using Flare help topics inside documents?

Hi,

In an attempt to write a company policy related "Usage manual - How to use MadCap Flare" covering just a few topics, I would like to include links to MadCap Flare help topics. The topic would start explaining the usage as intended for the company policy and would include one or more links to the MadCap Flare help topic(s), in case the reader needs more information.

For example a topic that explains how to start a new project that contains a link to the MadCap Flare help topic "Starting a project". Until now I could only come up with the idea to use an absolute link to the *.htm file in the MadCap Flare help.
I would like to know if there is a better way to accomplish this.

The target is a PDF file and I realize this will only work correctly when this PDF is used on a machine with MadCap Flare installed in the same (default) paths, which is the case conpany wide. The PDF is intended for internal usage only.

You can use links to the web version of the MadCap help (not the version found in Flare).

when you find a page you want, right-click on the topic/content frame and select This Frame > Show Only This Frame (Firefox language). then you will get the entire path to the topic.

Thanks! I am going to give this a try!

Note: in IE, right-clickt the topic and create a shortcut (on the desktop for example) and when opened this shortcut the path to use is shown.
