Pop up postioning

Hi there,

I have searched the forums for what I need in vain, apologies if this covers well trodden ground.

When I attempt to have a pop up from a hyperlinked image, it seems it always puts the top left hand corner of the opened pop up box where I clicked - it would be much more helpful to have it open in a central location - is there anyway to do this? I dug a little into the a.popup style > positioning but couldn't figure out a useful way of centralising...

Hi Laura, thanks for your response...

Those topics seem to be for the majority about the size of the pop up, not it's positioning... and the first link seems to be using snippets of javascript to achieve its aims... is that the easiest way to position a pop-up? I feel like it has to be achievable from the stylesheet..

If anyone has any idea, that would be brilliant...
