frameset settings

Is the madcapall.js file the only place where i can change a WebHelp's frameset settings?

I'm looking to change the border from "1" to "0" and so forth. I can see the settings when I view the source but can't find where to change them in the skin editor.

I've looked at this before for my skin, and you can't set that border in the skin; if changing the js file works, then I guess that is the only way to do it.

As always, put in a feature request if it's something you'd like to see.
