I'm new to Flare, and my job, and have been reading the PDFs to try to get familiar with it as all I've used in the past is Word. Well, today I brought in headphones to watch the videos only to discover that there is no sound. Shouldn't it have sound? I know the headphones are working and my coworker didn't get any sound either.
I tried the first two tutorials here: http://www.madcapsoftware.com/products/ ... rials.aspx.
Thanks,
Robin

Re: Tutorial Videos - No sound?
Are you viewing them in internet explorer? it looks like they need Microsoft Silverlight (which i don't have).
if you still can't get them to work, i recommend contacting madcap directly - https://www.madcapsoftware.com/company/contact.aspx

Re: Tutorial Videos - No sound?
No, I am using Firefox on Windows 7, which requested that I install Silverlight as soon as I tried to open the first tutorial. I skipped down to the Touring The Flare Workspace tutorial and it had intro music, but it has nothing after that. It just seems odd watching a soundless? tutorial if that's what it is supposed to be like.
Thanks,
Robin
