Internal Error: The Master TOC is empty

Hello,

I am running through a strange issue (just because I cannot track a change that triggered the issue).

Flare now fails to generate a Word or PDF output and returns the following error message:

Internal Error: The Master TOC is empty
Printer based outputs require entries in the TOC in order to generate

That verified that my master TOC is not empty.
I changed my output to Web Help and was able to generate an output.

Any ideas what may have caused my PDF gen failure?

Make sure the appropriate TOC is referenced in the target.
