Formatting scroll bars

Hi,

Is it possible to change the appearance of the horizontal and vertical scroll bars in the topic pane, navigation pane and popups? I couldnt find it anywhere..:( I want the scroll bars to be a little thinner and sleeker looking. How do I go about this? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try searching Google for something like "custom scrollbars CSS"; I think it's possible to include CSS in your stylesheet to do this; e.g. http://css-tricks.com/custom-scrollbars-in-webkit/
