Our help system is published as a WebHelp on our company website and we are encountering a problem when viewing it from within the hosted environment for our application (which at least a quarter of our users are on), which is on 2003 Terminal Server. In the hosted environment we are using IE 8, and when there are images that have been dynamically shrunk base on the size of the window (I have my image style set to 100% for the width), the text in the screenshots becomes broken up and mostly illegible. Here's a screenshot:
Outside of the hosted environment this does not happen; images that are dynamically shrunk look just fine. I'm pretty sure that the problem lies somewhere in the setup of our hosted environment and not in the image files or Flare , but I was wondering if anyone has encountered anything like this before and might have some tips on how to address it. Thanks!
