Change "Web Help" Title In Output Window?

Is it possible to change the text that appears at the top of the Web Help output window/tab in users' browsers? Right now it's a gray globe and the phrase "Web Help"... I have been poking around in the skin styles but can't seem to find anything that controls this...

It's the Caption field in the General tab of the skin.

Hi - I want to change part of the caption to CAPITALS but for some reason it reverts to initial caps after saving the changes and reopening the Webskin file.

Is this a bug?

Running Flare 7.2.0.

Probably the long-standing Windows/HAT issue, in which you have to pull a switcheroo to fake out the system; it doesn't consider case to be a renaming function, and therefore ignores it (for your own good, it thinks).

Add or remove a character(s) (such as adding a trailing _0), which effectively disguises the file as ALL NEW, IMPROVED AND DIFFERENT. You can then go back to that "different" location and do another "rename" (make the case change simultaneously with undoing the character change you made earlier).
