How do I get Flare 8?

I have Flare 7.2, on Windows 7.
I have Bronze Maintenance.

What's the trick for acquiring Flare 8, please?

I went to the site and clicked a big "DOWNLOAD" button, but all it did was throw a pop-up, trolling for addresses. My experience of that pop-up, after more than an hour-and-a-half this afternoon, is that it does nothing useful. Two tries with my corporate e-mail address have yielded NO mail from MadCap in my Outlook inbox. A later try with my Gmail address has yielded NO mail from MadCap in my Gmail inbox.

I find that especially strange considering the amount of spam they send me (in duplicate and sometimes triplicate).

So where's the real download button located? I have about an hour left of my 3 hour window of "free time" between projects. Maybe there's still time to at least download and install, if not actually configure and use the product.

If you have a maintenance plan then you'll get an email with the link and new license key. If you haven't received it yet, then you should contact MadCap Support or your sales rep.

I concur with contacting the sales department. I changed my email address and apparently didn't update my email address. So, while I got m SN for work without any problems, I didn't get my personal copy without contacting Madcap.

I also tried to download the trial version too, and I didn't get an email either - so I think it's broken.
(This was before I got my official download email.)
