Looking for more complex Sample Template

I am creating Help that is being single-sourced for Application Help, PDF, and web Help. I'm jumping through hoops trying to get the Master TOC and the related headers to work properly with page breaks and such.

The templates that comes with Flare are quite simple--some of them just have one level in the TOC and maybe go and have a 2nd level header. (See attachment). Is there anywhere to download some sample .FLPRJ (or zipped) files to see a complex system in action? Help and Manual actually provides the code for their own help. I'd just like to see a lot of Ipsum Lorem text with multiple levels of headers. The samples that come with Flare are not very helpful when trying to determine some of the properties in the TOC editor.
