Flare 8 crashing upton opening a project

Hello,

I recently upgraded to Flare 8, but have yet to be able to use it. It appears to open perfectly fine, but every time I select File to try to open a project (or even start a new project), Flare crashes and I get the "Flare has stopped working" error message.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

If I were you, I would deactivate the product, then uninstall it. Reboot, then run the Flare 8 installer again. I suspect something has gone amiss in the original installation.

Could also be an issue with the .NET runtime. Try reinstalling or repairing if the Flare 8 reinstall does not work out.
