Search no longer working after upgrade to v8 (Webhelp Plus)

After upgrading to Flare 8 and publishing a new build, our Webhelp Plus output's Search is no longer working; it simply displays the "Loading" image in perpetuity. The TOC works correctly, and we have followed the troubleshooting steps for the search function in the "FAQs - WebHelp Plus" topic in Flare's help.

Anyone have any ideas what to try next?

We just finished talking to MadCap about this.

Here's something that should work:

1. Create a new Flare 8 project.
2. Go to its /Project/Advanced folder and copy the Search Filters folder.
3. Paste the folder into your existing project's Project/Advanced folder (assuming it is not already there, I think you will find it is not).
4. Publish.

I suspect because the searchfilter.flsfs file is not in the project, it just hangs when looking for it.

I assumed you meant #4 to read "Build and Publish." After doing so, things seem to be working fine.
