Flare 8 Review feature: Bug?

When I try to make a review package with the TOC, Flare tells me that it can't because one of the files has a # in the file name. I have a Book with three topics. The Main topic is the Book (big topic )with jumps within the topic for the three other listed topics--hence the # in the file name.

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I had to send that set of topics sep. from the main review.
Not sure if this is indeed a bug or an enhancement request.
