On attempting to publish a WebHelp target, I get an error message: "Access to the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\my.username.here\Local Settings\Temp\catapult.log.zip is denied'.
Anyone else seeing this?
Deleting this file (as MadCap support suggested), or changing its permissions, provides a workaround, but this has just started happening and I'd like to understand why.
I'm running Flare 8 on Windows XP and I'm wondering whether a recent security update to the latter may have something to do with it.

Re: Access to catapult.log.zip is denied
Did the system reboot or crash at some point while Flare was working? That would leave a stale file lock behind. Other than that, AV scanners typically scan on access, so when you try to delete the file the scanner attempts to unzip and scan the archive contents. Try it again a few seconds later and it usually works.
