Naming PDF output automatically

Hi,
How do I ensure that the name I give a document in Open Primary Target > General > Output File actually is transferred to the generated PDF?
As I see it, sometimes it works but mostly not. This means that I have to rename the PDF over and over again because the name gets overwritten - reverting it to MyWebHelp.pdf every time I generate. Rather annoying. Really.
I imagine that you might use the Variable name or something similar.
I hope some of you have the trick for me.

What I've found is often times, that the first time I enter a name into the Output file section of the PDF Target, then save it, it reverts back to (default). However, usually when I rename it the second time it stays and my PDF comes out with this name. Not sure why it does this, but I've seen this problem since Flare 6.
