Getting a p style to work inside a Table Style table

Post by crdmerge »

You'd think that was a given, right? Wrong. And using "td > p.ToDo" wasn't working.

Because Flare uses ".Body~" td styling for the table style rows, you have to take those classes into consideration. For example, to add specific table cell styling for the p.ToDo class, you would add BodyA through BodyI classes in addition to the regular class styling:

Code: Select all

td.BodyA-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyB-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyC-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyD-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyE-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyF-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyG-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyH-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo,
td.BodyI-Column1-Body1 > p.ToDo
{
	p.ToDo-styles: repeated-here;
}

Good luck,
Leon

I usually select the cell, right-click and select "Cell Content Style" to launch the Table Cell Content Style dialog. Then I select the paragraph style that I want to use for the selected cell.
