Index in Word as Hyperlinks

I'm struggling with Flare's Help to find out how to create a Word Index which is Hyperlinked - i.e. in the same way as the Table of Contents.

Can anyone poiunt me in the right direction please?

Word doesn't actually support hyperlinked indexes. I think there are some tools out there that will step through an index and convert the entries to hyperlinks, but you might have to pay for them.

I have to say, and I know I'm not alone here, that an Index without hyperlinks as about as much use as a chocolate teaspoon in terms of a navigable document.
