Maximize window in IE when help launches
Do I edit the stylesheet to maximize the browser window when the Help launches in IE 8 or do I just change the Skin to the screen resolution size or default browser size?

You would use the size tab in the skin editor.

I think most users prefer you select the "Use Browser Default Size" option in the skin instead of specifying your own dimensions. If you specify dimensions, then you'll be overriding the size the user might prefer to have their browser set to, which means they'll have to manually readjust the browser when they're done using your help.
Plus, the size options in the skin only allow fixed units of measure, like pixels, points, inches (why a browser would use inches I have no idea). In other words, there's no way to tell it to expand to the full size of the screen. So unless you're absolutely positive your users all have the same size monitors set to the same resolution then specifying fixed dimensions will only result in a full screen for those users whose monitor match those dimensions -- for all other users it will either be too small or too big.
If you want a "Automatically size to monitor screen" option or something like that, then submit a feature request at http://www.madcapsoftware.com/bugs/submit.aspx.
